Strategic directions, priorities and commitments for public administration. In recent years we have seen public initiatives become badly fragmented: projects launched without a clear architecture, overlapping programmes, investments that stall at implementation, and responsibilities diluted between institutions, suppliers and consultants.
2026 is no longer about "more". It is about clearer, more accountable and more deliverable.
