The most important Smart City format in Romania. SCIA brings together leaders from public administration, the private sector, technology and academia to celebrate the projects shaping the future of smart communities in Romania and Europe. It includes the Awards Gala, the Dual-Use Conference and the Women Powering Smart Cities Conference.
The centre of Romania's energy transition.
The largest event in Romania dedicated to the energy transition, innovation and energy professionals. It brings together central authorities, investors, developers and distributors, alongside installers and manufacturers from the green energy industry: Bucharest becomes the centre of the debates and partnerships that define Romania's energy future.
The future of local government starts here.
The Congress of Mayors and Local Administration of Romania (Congresul Primarilor): one of the most important events dedicated to local public administration and the modernisation of communities. A platform for practical dialogue between local government and the technology, energy and finance ecosystem: digitalisation, the energy transition, funding for public projects and the transformation of local government.
The longest-running Smart City promotion programme in Romania.
Since 2017, in every region of the country. The Caravana Smart City (Smart City Caravan) connects local administrations with sources of EU funding and technology partners. Its central message: "In a competition for funding, those who are ready to implement quickly and correctly win."
The public transport platform of Romania.
A platform dedicated to public passenger transport in Romania. Two days dedicated to mobility, infrastructure and innovation, with leaders from public administration, industry and academia, in an integrated format: Congress, Gala and Networking for the solutions and partnerships that shape cities.
The first winter festival dedicated to AI in Romania.
Three days in the mountains, where artificial intelligence meets the spirit of winter. Leaders, companies, start-ups, investors and a new generation of AI specialists: a premium, practical format dedicated to the way AI is reshaping public administration, the economy, education, health and transport. Edition 01: "AI for Smart Communities & Future Economies", Poiana Brașov.

The events are not separate products, but tools for delivering annual partnerships. Partner companies get selective access, an official presence and content tailored to each format.
ARSC members get priority participation in the annual events and thematic round tables, with direct access to the network of mayors, institutions and companies in the Smart City ecosystem.
Companies working on a vertical (energy, mobility, digitalisation, safety, urban data) receive a dedicated thematic round table and a presence in the practical format of their field.
National partners are publicly associated with the annual agenda: presence and visibility at SCIA, the Green Energy Summit, the Caravana Smart City, Congresul Primarilor and the gala.
